Thanksgiving Celebration at the Library!

Our recent Thanksgiving Celebration at Nancy Kay Holmes Branch Library included a reading of three amusing Thanksgiving stories: A Turkey for Thanksgiving by Eve Bunting, 'Twas the Night Before Thanksgiving by Dav Pilkey, and I Know an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Pie by Alison Jackson. If your family hasn't read these stories yet, check them out - they're sure to produce lots of giggles! Our friends made balloon floats and created gumdrop turkeys to go with these entertaining turkey tales!
