We had a lot of fun eating ice cream, making crafts and signing up for Summer Reading Club last week! Check it out!

Make sure to stop by the library and sign up for Summer Reading Club! You get a bag full of goodies just for registering! Earn raffle tickets toward our grand prizes just by coming to Summer Reading programs or stopping by and taking books out!

Summer Reading Starts Today!

Greetings from the library!

Join us tonight at 5:30 pm for the Summer Reading Kickoff Party! We will be serving Stone Cold Creamery Ice Cream, making crafts and giving you a head start on Summer Reading Club registration!

This summer, we will be giving you chances to win a Nintendo DS or one of many other grand prizes just for participating in our summer reading program!

Visit the online summer reading page to write book reviews and keep track of the books you have read!

Check out the events going on this month at the library!

Starting Monday, June 13th, you will have two chances to make it to storytime on Monday and Friday! Join us at 11:30 am or 1:00 pm!

Join us Tuesday for Mastodons, Cavemen and Bears - Oh My! Learn about the Ice Age and life of cavemen! See a museum casting of a 60,000 year old Neanderthal man, fossils and early tools of humans! Find out "Are You Smarter than a Caveman!" Event begins at 5:30 pm. Please call 207-0764 to register!

Smokey Bear @ the Library

Greetings from the library!

On Tuesday, we had a visit from Smokey Bear! We learned about how important it is to keep forests safe from fire and then got to shake Smokey's hand! After meeting Smokey, we made a really cool camp fire craft! Check it out!
